Aims: The empowerment and capacity building of AFS organisations in Ghana, South Africa and Kenya.
Activities:
-24 experienced trainers travelled to Africa where they were involved in feasibility studies and training of local volunteers: Ghana (March), South Africa (April), Kenya (June)
-International seminar “Empowering our EurAfrican Partnership”, Vienna, Austria, August
Focus: volunteering in an African context; programme development in Africa; intercultural learning in an African environment
